Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other Good
and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
David B. Lundgren and Kimberly C. Lundgren
Husband and Wife
Grantees, whose mailing address is 509 Onyx Street Kemmerer, WY 83101 the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving al rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Lot 10 and part of Lot 11 of Block 54 of the Second Addition to the Town of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
That part of Lot 11 being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 10 of said Block 54, said point also
being the Southwesterly corner of Lot 11 of said Block 54;
thence N26°34'W along the lot line between said lots 11 and 10 of said Block ~:4-,
140.00 feet;
thence N63°26'E 1 05 feet;
thence S26°34'E, 140.00 feet;
thence S63°26'W, 1.05 feet to the point of beginning
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations,
of sight or in use.
