is 5450 Shoshone Dr. and PO Box 1524, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, as GRANTOR, for and in
consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the
receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
Champa-Manning Ranch, LLC., a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, whose address is
3650 Hwy 390 and PO Box 1524, Jackson, WY 83001, as GRANTEE, the following described
property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 20 Trail Creek Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that
plat filed April 3, 2002 in the office of Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 196F
Subject to the Reservations and Restrictions contained in the United States Patent .v:
and to easements and rights of way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
WITNESS the due execution and delivery of this instrument effective as of this
