KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of, September
12, 2002 made and executed by Guy Jacobson and Celeste Jacobson, husband and wife, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$70,627,00 which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register
of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 16th day of September, 2002 in Book_.
499PR of Mortgages, at Page 161 as document number 884108 and pertaining to the followin~
described real estate ~n said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
