Utah Power is a duly licensed and authorized public Utility that provides electrical service in the area in which the property is located. Owner (or Owners predecessor in interest) and Utah Power are parties to that certain Energy Services Contract dated 08-09-1984 (the agreement), which was memorialized of record by that certain Mortgage Deed 08-09- 1984 and recorded on 09-26-1984 in the records of Lincoln (county), State of Wyoming on 9-26-1984 as #623804 Book 218PR on Page 867-868. This instrument serves as notice to third parties that Owners Obligations under the Agreement have been: Fully paid and that the Property is no longer subject to and is hereby released from the effects of the Mortgage Deed.
