IRBY HAYDON, of 22939 Akwo Circle, Wildomar, CA 92595, to secure the paymen!
of Fifty Thousand Dollars and .00/100 ($50,000.00), with interest from January 10, 2005,
at the rate of Six Percent (6%) per annum, payable monthly in accordance with the terms
of a certain Promissory Note dated January 4, 2005 evidencing said indebtedness, do
hereby mortgage to LarW Schleffer, Trustee of the Schieffer Electric Inc. Profit Sharing
Plan. of 342 OIRSI Rd.. Oakdale, CA 95361, the following described real estate, situated
in the County of L~ncoln, n the State of Wyoming,
T27N R119W of the 6~ P.M. Lincoln County, WyominG,

TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereuni[o belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-ways, reservations,
restrictions conditions of record and existing or future oil and gas and/or
other mineral leases, or ex~st~ng mining, mineral and other reservations, now
of record, or otherwise affecting said lands.
The Mortgagor agrees to pay the Jr~debtedness hereby secured, and f:O pay all taxes
and assessments on said premises and to keep the buildings thereon Insured in a sum no!
less than the unpaid balance due hereunder during the life of this Mortgage, in favor of and
payable to the Mortgagee, and in case the Mortgagor sl~al! fail to pay such [axes and
assessments and to keep the premises insured, as aforesaid, the Mortgagee may nsure
said buildings and pay said taxes and assessments, and all sums so paid shall be added
zo and considered as a part of the above ndebtedness hereby secured, and shall draw
Interest at the same rate.
In case default shall be made In the payment of the above sum hereby secured, or
in the payment of the interest thereon or any part of such principal or interesL when the
~ame shall become due, or in case default shall be made in any of [he covenants and
agreements hereof, then the whole indebtedness hereby secured with the interest thereon
shall become due and payable, and the Mortgagee, their legal representatives or assigns
may proceed to foreclose this Modgage by advertisement and sale of Lhe above-described
premises, at public vendue, for cash, according to Wyorning Statutes governing mortgage
foreclosures, and out of the proceeds of such sale he shall pay all sums due hereunder,
together with all COSTS Of sale and foreclosure, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
