EASEMENT DEED
THIS EASEMENT, dated this 13th day ofJuty, 1999, from ALPINE
4-H CAMP, INC., a Corporation, of the State of Idaho, hereinafter called GRANTOR, to
the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter called GRANTEE.
WITNESSETH:
Grantor, for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR and No/100 DOLLARS ($1.00), re-
ceived by Grantor, do hereby grant to Grantee and its assigns an exclusive easement for and
title to the existing road over and across the following described lands in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
T. 37 N., R. 118 W., 6th. P.M
Sec. 18, a strip of land being 30 ft. in width each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the left (east) right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 26 at P.O.C.
Sra. 1840+12.6, said point bears S12°35'E 340.8 fl. from the C enter ¼ cor. of said sec.;
thence N42°47'E 13.6 fl.;
" N52°48'E 99.2 ft.;
" N66°25'E 137.5 ft.;
" N41°51'E 154.4ft.;
" N70°l 1 'E 259.1 ft. to the point of ending, which bears S89°34'W 635.3 ft. from
said cor.
Containing 0.9 acres, more or less.
The boundary lines on said right-of-way shall be prolonged or shortened to begin on and end
on and conform to the Property lines.

This easement deed conveys an easement for the road as it is constructed across property
owned in fee by Grantor and to include any portion of said road actually located within the
Grantor'S fee property.
The acquiring agency is the Forest Service, Department of Agriculture.
The Grantor reserves to itself, and its successors in interest the right to use the existing road
or any segment thereof, subject only to compliance with traffic-control regulations and rules
as provided in 36 CFR 261.12 and subject to the bearing 0froad maintenance costs only, pro-
portionate to use as provided in 36 CFR 212.7(d).
If the Regional Forester determines that the road, or any segment thereof, is no longer neces~
sary, the easement traversed thereby shall terminate. Evidence for such termination shall be
a statement in recordable form furnished by the appropriate Regional Forester to the Grantor
or its successors or assigns in interest.
The Grantor hereby covenant that they, its heiis, !executors, administrators, and assigns shall
warrant and forever defend unto the Grantee, ils successors and assigns, the quiet and peace-
able use and enjoyment of the herein granted easement against the lawful claims and de-
mands of all persons whomsoever. This grant shall be binding upon the Grantor, its heirs,
administrators, executors, and assigns, and shall run with and constitute a servitude upon the
above described land.
