KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, Thut Gerald L. Goulding and Teddy Lou
Goulding, husband and wife, of PO Box 968, Afton, WY 83110, grantors, in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, to them in hand paid by
Teddy Lou Goulding, Trustee of the Teddy Lou GoL~lding Land Trust dated May 1, 2001, the
receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledg~.d, have remised, released and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, exe~:utors and administrators, successors and
assigns, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said Teddy LOu Goulding, Trustee of the
Teddy Lou Goulding Land Trust dated May 1, 2001 t~ailing address PO Box 968, Afton, WY
83110), forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as the
grantors have or ought to have in and to ali the minerals ~md mineral rights, including but not limited
to all the coal, oil, gas, geothermal, brine and steam rights and all other mineral rights, now known
to exist or hereafter discovered, associated with, and in. under or upon the following described real
property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Parcel 1
An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in all minerals in the following described lands:
the SEI/4NEI/4 of Section 7 and the North 23 ac~es of the SWI/4NWI/4 of Section
8, T34N, R118W, 6th P.M., Wyoming.
Parcel 2
A ten (10) acre parcel located in the SWI/4NW1/4, Section 15, T33N, R118W, 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point. 165 feet North of the SE Corner of said SW1/4NW1/4, said
point being located on the East boundary of said ~;W1/4NW1/4, and running thence
West, parallel to the South boundary of said SW1/4NW1/4, 1320 feet, more or less,
to the West Boundary of said SWI/4NWl/4 thence North along said West
boundary, 330 feet, thence East, parallel to said ?;outh boundary, 1320 feet, more or
less, to the East boundary of said SWll4NW1/4. thence South along said' East
boundary, 330 feet, more or less, to the point of be~jmning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under a~d by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming associated with or affecti~g said oil, gas and other mineral rights
being hereby conveyed.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all such right, title and interest in and to said oil, gas and other
mineral rights associated with and in, under or upon the above mentioned and described premises
unto the said grantee and her successors and assigns forever, so that no person in our names or
behalf, or any person in our names or behalf shall claim or demand any right or title to any of the
oil, gas and other mineral interests being conveyed hereby, but they and every one of them shall by
these presents be excluded and forever barred.
It is expressly understood and agreed that this instrument is to be construed as a
conveyance in fee simple of all of the grantors' interest i~ the oil, gas and other minerals in, under
and upon the above described tract of land, including any and all existing oil, gas and other mineral
leases insofar as they affect said property.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands as of the 11th day of January,
2005.
