favor of David H. Moneyhtm, sclc Trustee, or his successors in trust, under the David H.
Moneyhun Living Trust, dated N la v 27, 1993, and any amendments thereto, an undivided
V= interest, and Abigail Y. Moncvhun, sole Trustee, or her successors in trust, under the
Abigail Y. Moneyhun Living Trusl. dated March 21, 2000, and any amendments thereto,
an undivided ½ interest, as tcnai~ls }il common, the "GRANTEE."

that is adjacent to the Property'). ~cncments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appcrI~i~ing, and any reversion, reminder, rents, issue, and
profits thereof;
SUBJECT TO: (1) rosco'rations, restrictions, matters, rights of way and
easements of record, of sight or x'i~ion or in use; (2) without limiting the generality of the
foregoing, the terms and conditiol~s cC: (a) a Sale and Development Agreement between
Grantor and SPurlock Propcrlics. I.LC, (b) matters (including, without limitation, plat
warnings and easements) set tbrth in the Subdivision plat and (c) restrictive covenants
