BELUS, husband and wife, Grantors, of Johnson County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to JACK V. MARTON and BARBARA A. MARTON, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 429, Buffalo, Wyoming, 82834, the following-described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Part of Section 29, T. 37 N., R. 118 W., of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of the Lot 3-A Palls Park Subdivision, Instrument No. 393587 filed March 2, 1966, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the South R.O.W. Parkway Drive South 82°15' West, 2583 feet from the East 1/4 corner of Section 29, T. 37 N., R. 118 W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, said point being South 69o22' East, 217.5 feet from the intersection of said South R.O.W. Parkway Drive and the East R.O.W.U.S. 89 Highway; and running thence South 69°22' East, 372.5 feet, more or less, along said South R.O.W. Parkway Drive; thence continuing along said R.O.W. South 46015' East, 184.8 feet to the West R.O.W. Second Street; thence South 43022' West, 227.6 feet along said West R.O.W. Second Street to the North R.O.W. Greys River Road; thence North 47°11' West, 129.4 feet along said North R.O.W. Greys River Road to the P.C. of a curve to the left; thence along said R.O.W. and curve to a point which is South 20o38' West, 187.2 feet from the point of beginning; thence North 20038' East, 187.2 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER WITH all improvements situate thereon and all easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging; SUBJECT TO all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, if any, of record; and, FURTHER SUBJECT TO discrepancies, conflicts in boundary lines, shortage in area, encroachments, and any facts which a correct survey and inspection of the premises would disclose and~_which are not shown in the public records.
