of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLA!~.S ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to JACK V. MARTON and BARBARA A. MARTON,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grante(,~, whose address is P.O. Box 429,
Buffalo, Wyoming, 82834, the following-described r~;,'~ estate situate in the County of
