a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
KENNETH F. COBBS AND COURTN~Y C. COBBS,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is P.O. Box 1748, Alton, WY 83110
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents,
grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantees all that certain tract, lot, piece,
and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit:
A portion of that certain parcel of land referred to in thc Deed recorded in Book 379PR
on page 643 with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
NW~,~$2B~A of Section 23, T34N RllgW .of the 6th P.M., located in the Town of
Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Iron Pipe found marking a point in the Easterly line of said parcel, said Point
being 879.67 feet East to a Magnetic PK Nail set at a point in the Center line of the Dana Street
Right-of-Way and 218.44 feet S 7°28'21" E from the Knowlton's B.LM. type Monument
marking the Northwest comer of said NW'~SE~A;
thence S 7°28'21" E, along said East line, 100.86 feet to an Iron Pipe found;
thence S 90° W, 199.09 feet to an Iron Pipe found marking a point in the West Line for
Village Parkway;
thence N 0° E, along said West Line, 100,00 feet to an Iron Pipe found;
thence N 90o E, 185,98 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description comained in Warranty Deed recorded August
23, 2002 in Book 497PR on page 572 of records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
