1. That O. Willis Harmon aka Willis Harmon aka Orson Willis Harmon aka Orson W.
Harmon, the decedent mentioned in the attached certified copy of Certificate of Death, is the same
person as O. Willis Harmon named as one of the grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated the
December 31, 1956, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on January 8, 1957, in
Book 20 PR, page 328, Recording No. 225424, executed by Mont Harmon, a single man, to O.
Willis Harmon and Lenora B. Harmon, husband and wife as joint tenants and not as tenants in
common with full rights of survivorship, conveying the following described real property located in
Lincoln ~County, Wyoming, to-wit:
A portion of Section 15, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 41 rods East and 1 rod South of the Northwest corner
of the SEI/4NEI/4 and running thence East 92 rods;
thence South 39 rods;
thence
thence
thence
thence
West 92 rods, to the County Road;
Northwesterly 113 feet, more or less, to the lot heretofore conveyed;
East 22 rods;
Northwesterly to the Place of Beginning.
LESS and EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded January 31,
1930, in Book 16 of Deeds on page 257 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
LESS and EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded August 4, 1941,
in Book 22 of Deeds on page 447 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
LESS and EXCEPT and land contained in Warranty Deed recorded February 8,
1982, in Book 184 PR on page 507 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
2. That the undersigned affiant is one of the children, an heir at law under W.S. 2-4-
.10.1, and a person interested in the described property and the title to that real property, that
Lenora B. Harmon was named with O. Willis Harmon as one of the grantees in the above-
described Warranty Deed, that O. Willis Harmon and Lenora B. Harmon were husband and wife at
the time of the execution and recording of the Warranty Deed described above, and that as the
surviving cotenant and spouse of O. Willis Harmon, named in said conveyance, Lenora B. Harmon,
pursuant to Wyoming Statutes 2-9-'102, '103, became on June 30, .1989, the date of the death of
the aforementioned decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any interest of O. Willis
Harmon in the lands described in the foregoing, subject to any then existing liens and
encumbrances.
