KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of, January 21,
2004 made and executed by Russell and Trisha Gardner, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain
real estate therein described as security for the payment of $20,500.00 which mortgage was recorded
in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 3rd day of August, 2004 in Book 563PR of Mortgages, at Page 797 as
document number 901618 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of
Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
