Cheung, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is: 2333
Flagstaff Drive, Longmont, CO 80501, the Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant,
bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain
tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyo~ning, and more particularly described as:
Lot 60 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof
Together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights of way of record, of sight or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be
signed by its duly authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
