QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That T. Paul Stauffer and Sharon Stauffer aka
Sharon D. W. Stauffer, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of
the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto T.
Paul Stauffer and Sharon Stauffer and their successors, Trustees, (mailing address: PO Box 65,
Alton, WY 83110) for the uses and purposes set forth in the Paul and Sharon Stauffer Family
Trust between Grantors and Trustee, dated the 1st day of December, 2004, T. Paul Stauffer and
Sharon Stauffer, beneficiaries, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand
as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Home:
Beginning at the Northeast Corner of Lot 2 in Block 23 of the Afton Townsite Survey
and running thence South 165 feet; thence West 145.5 feet; thence North 165 feet;
thence East 145.5 feet to the place of beginning.
Rental
Home:
Part of Lot 2 of Block 23 of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 102 feet East from the Northwest corner of said Lot
2 and running thence East 5 rods;
thence South 10 rods;
thence West 5 rods;
thence North 10 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Store:
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights'of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the following described property:
Part of Lot 2 in Block 20 of Afton Townsite, described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is 214¼ feet South from the Northwest Corner of said Lot
2 in said Block 20 of Afton Townsite, and running thence East 36 feet, thence South
16¼ feet, thence West 36 feet, thence North 16¼ feet, to the place of beginning,
together with the improvements thereon, consisting of the North half, or portion of
the Jensen Building, and the appurtenances; and, ALSO,
Beginning at a point which is 5 rods North from the Southwest Corner of Lot 2 in
Block 20 of Afton Townsite, and running thence North 1 rod, thence East 36 feet,
thence North 1 rod, thence East 129 feet, thence South 2 rods, thence West 10 rods
to the place of beginning, together with improvements and water rights.
Including all improvements and subject to all easements, exceptions, restrictions and
rights of way of sight or record.
AND ALSO:
Beginning at a point which is 5 rods North and 60 feet East from the Southwest
Corner of Lot 2 in Block 20 of the Afton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and
running thence East 57 feet, thence North 2 rods, thence West 57 feet, thence
South 2 rods to the place of beginning, together with water, rights and all
improvements located thereon.
