Ross Leavitt aka Ross Leavitt and Hazel Leavitt aka Hazel H. Erickson Leavitt, husband and wife, of Box 1358, Alton, WY 83110, grantors, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to William P. Klinger and Bonnie M. Klinger, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of Box 313, Thayne, WY 83127, grantees, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: BEGINNING at a point 76 feet North of the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4), Section Twenty- three (23), Township Thirty-four (34) North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 119 feet; thence West 11 5 feet; thence South 53 feet; thence West 226 feet; thence South 142 feet, more or less, to the South line of said NE1/4NW1/4; thence East 149 feet; thence North 76 feet; thence East 192 feet to the point of beginning, together with improvements and water rights. THE GRANTORS ALSO CONVEY AND ASSIGN a joint interest in the following right-of-way without warranty for purposes of ingress and egress, provided that at no time will GRANTEES, or their heirs or assigns, use the said right-of-way in such a manner to block or restrict passage of other vehicles. Said right-of-way particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at a point 195 feet North of the Southeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Thirty-four (34) North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, (said beginning point being at approximately the centerline of the U.S. 89 Highway) and running West 115 feet; thence North 20 feet; thence East 115 feet; thence South 20 feet to the point of beginning.
