Miles, formerly husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and QUITCLAIM to Matthew G. Miles and Mark A. Miles, as tenants in common, GRANTEES, whose address P.O.
