KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that VON NIELD, a single
person, Grantor of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed
unto the said JoNELL BRYANT, Grantee, her heirs assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have,
in or to all the following described property, to-wit:
Beginning at a point which is at the center of the Nield String
Road, and 755 feet East of the N¼ Corner, Section 35 T.,
32 N., R119W. 6th PM thence running S.428 feet, thence
E., 229 feet more or less to a long existing fence corner,
thence N., along said existing fence boundary 428 feet to
the center of the Nield String Road, thence W., 229 feet to
the point of beginning. Said plot containing approximately
2.25 acres.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
