IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE THIRD JUDICIAL DI~TRli IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN, STATE OF WYOMI DECREE ESTABLISHING RIGHT AND TITLE TO PROPERTY ~robate ~o. 4324 The Court having considered the Motion for Corrected Decree Establishing Right and Title to Property finds that the purpose for said motion is to correct a typographical error in the legal description of the real property which is the subject of this case, and good cause appearing, hereby enters this Corrected Decree Establishing Right and Title to Property replacing in full the previous such Decree dated January 6 and filed January 7, 2005: Wyoming: The estate consists of the following described real property in Lincoln County, Residence A portion of Section 15, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point which is 19 rods east and 12 rods south from the northwest corner of the SEI/4NEI/4 of said Section 15 and running thence East 22 rods; thence Southeasterly along the course of the Salt River West Canal, 29 rods; thence West 22 rods, to the County Road; thence Northwesterly, along the County Road to the Point of Beginning. LESS and EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded January 31, 1930, in Book 16 of Deeds on page 257 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. LESS and EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded August 4, 1941, in Book 22 of Deeds on page 447 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. LESS and EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded February 8, 1982, in Book 184 PR on page 507 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. 2. The value of the estate, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($150,000.00). 3. Thirty days or more have elapsed since the death of the decedent. 4. No application for appointment of a personal representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. 5. Decedent died intestate. Filed with the Court is a Sworn Report of Appraisal by a person who has no legal interest in the estate showing the value of the described real property on the date of death of the decedent. 7. The Notice of Application for Decree Establishing Right and Title to Property dated December 15, 2004, was duly published by the Star Valley Independent, a newspaper of general circulation in Lincoln County, Wyoming, on December 23 and 30, 2004. 8. All of the requirements of W.S. 2-1-205 have been met so that the Court should enter a decree establishing right and title to the described real property. WHEREFORE, pursuant to W.S. 2-1-205, it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed as follows: 1. The Court hereby establishes the right and title to the described property in and to Margaret Louise Yeaman, Orson Mont Harmon, Lyman A. Harmon, Wilda H. Wells, EiLene H. Johnson and Naunie H. Hyde, for an undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest each. 2.
