being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 152 of Photostatic Records on page 439, as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the centerline of Crow Creek County Road No. 12-141, S89°-
43'- 14"W, 157.13 feet, from the northeast corner of said SW¼NE¼;
thence coursing said centerline as follows:
southeasterly, 277.08 feet, along the arc of a non-tangent circular curve to the left,
through a central angle of 11°-04'-05'', with a radius of 1434.34 feet, and a chord
bearing S08°-48'-18"E, 276.65 feet, to a spike;
S14°-20'-21"E, 60.25 feet, to a spike and leave said centerline;
thence S89°-43'-14"W, 353.14 feet, to a point;
thence S 2 -22 -28 E, 60.13 feet, to a point;
thence S89°-20'-58"W, 137.84 feet, to a point;
thence continuing S89°-20'-58"W, 301.00 feet, to a point;
thence N00°-39'-02"W, 394.98 feet, to a point on the north line of said SW¼NE¼;
thence N89°-43'-14"E, 736.68 feet, along said north line, to the SPIKE OF
BEGINNING;
