Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, GRANTORS, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and its
assigns, GRANTEE,
WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors, for and in consideration of the exchange therefor of
certain lands or interests in land as authorized by Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and
Management Act of 1976,43 U.S.C. 1716, (2000), and the Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act
of 2000, Pub. L. No. 106-248, July 25, 2000, receipt of which is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and
confirm unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all of the following described land,
situate, lying and being in the Counties of Lincoln, Carbon, and Sheridan, State of Wyoming, hereby

successors, do covenant, grant, bargain, and agree to, and with the said Grantee, and assigns, that they
are lawfully seized in fee simple of the above granted real property, have a good a lawful right and
power to sell and convey the same, that the same is free and clear of all encumbrances, EXCEPT items
which may be shown of record and acceptable to the United States of America, and that the Grantors
will forever warrant and defend the title thereto and the quiet possession thereof against the lawful

The acquiring agency is the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management.
