Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, GRANTORS, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and its assigns, GRANTEE, WITNESSETH, that the said Grantors, for and in consideration of the exchange therefor of certain lands or interests in land as authorized by Section 206 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976,43 U.S.C. 1716, (2000), and the Federal Land Transaction Facilitation Act of 2000, Pub.
