KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that RANDALL L.
KUYKENDALL and MARGO G. KUYKENDALL, of 10225 Buckwood, E1 Paso, Texas
79925, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto GLEN
NILSON, a married man, of 10334 Hidden Oak Drive, Highland, Utah 84003, GRANTEE, and
his heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and
demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to the following described property situated in
the Lincoln County, Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 20 of Lost Creek Ranchettes Subdivision, Second Filing, as shown on the plat
thereof filed in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming as Plat No. 203-D and
Receiving No. 905193 on December 13, 2004.
Together with all improvements thereon or thereunto appertaining. Subject to all
easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights of way of sight or record.
