FIRST NATIONAL BANK-WEST, successor in interest to
FIRST NATIONAL BANK-KEMMERER
a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the United States of America
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and ~/dministrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
FIRST NATIONAL BANK - WEST,
a national banking association
whose address is heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand as it has, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all
the following described premises, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 18 of the Afton Townsite, Lincoln
County, Wyoming and running thence West 165 feet;
thence South 165 feet;
thence East 165 feet;
thence North 165 feet to the point of beginning.
Beginning at a point 10 rods West of the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 18 of the Afton
Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence South 10 rods;
thence West 5 rods;
thence North 10 rods;
thence East 5 rods to the point of beginning.
