ERNEST A. WEDEMEIER of 575 South Lyon #47, Hemet, CA 92543 and
PATRICIA ANN WILSON of P.O. Box 689, Riverton, WY 82501, Grantors, for and in
consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO MICHAEL B. BROWN
and ELIZABETH A. BROWN, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties with right of
survivorship, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 237, LaBarge, WY 83123 the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
That part of Lot 6 of Section 5 and Lot 6 of Section 6 of T26N R112W of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east right-of-way line of Highway 189, S 42039, E
a distance of 2247.6 feet from the Noah one quarter comer of said Section 6;
thence S 89° 47' E, a distance of 630 feet along the north line of the North line
of the David-Decker Subdivision to its northeast comer and the southwest
comer of the tract described herein; thence continuing S 89o47' E a distance of
1293.2 feet, more or less, to the thread of the channel of Green River; thence
northerly 221 feet, more or less, along the said channel; thence N 89047, W,
200 feet, more or less to a point; thence continuing N 89o47' W, a distance of
1093.2 feet, more or less, to the northeast comer of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 90PR on page 500; thence S
00° 13' W, 221.6 feet to the point of beginning.

Part of Lot 6 in Section 5 and Lot 6 in Section 6 of T26N R112W of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, bounded as follows:

of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 80PR on page
450; on the East by the thread of the channel of the Green River; on the South
by the South line of said Lot 6 of Section 6; and on the West by the East line
of the David-Decker Subdivision as the same appears of record in the said
Office and a protraction of said line to its intersection with the said South line
of Lot 6 of Section 6, as shown on the Survey by Paul N. Scherbel as
Instrument No. 405655 filed December 29, 1967 in Office'of Lincoln County
Clerk.
LESS AND EXCEPT the following described parcels:
Commencing at the East quarter comer of said Section 6 and running thence N
61° 19' W a distance of 737.70 feet; thence S 89o47, E, a distance of 200.00
feet, along the North line of Birch Creek Drive of David-Decker Subdivision of
the Town of LaBarge; thence S 00° 13' W, a distance of 40.00 feet; thence S
89° 47' E, a distance of 220.00 feet to the tree point of beginning of this
description; thence S 00° 13' W, a distance of 50.00 feet; thence S 89°47' E, a
distance of 100.00 feet; thence N 00° 13' E, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence N
89047, W, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence S 00° 13' W, a distance of 50.00
feet to the point of beginning.
Commencing at the center quarter comer of said Section 6 and running thence
N 80° 16'46' E, 2188.67 feet to the point of beginning of this description, said
point also being the southeast comer of Lot 20 of the David-Decker
Subdivision; thence N 00° 12'30" E (recorded N 00° 13' E) along the east
boundary of said David-Decker Subdivision, 100.00 feet; thence S 89°47'30" E,
163.61 feet; thence S 05023'48" W, 104.29 feet; thence S 10°59'18'' W, 169.74
feet; thence S 28°33'28' W, 188.32 feet; thence S 45033'39" W, 46.40 feet,
more or less, to a point on the south line of said Lot 6 of Section 6; thence N
00° 12'30" E, 368.94 feet to the point of beginning.
Beginning at the Northeast comer of Lot 20 of the David-Decker Subdivision
of the Town of LaBarge and running thence North 101 feet; thence East 160
feet; thence South 101 feet; thence West 160 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH access as provided in Right-Of-Way easement from Pete
M. Golich and Dixie June Golich to Earnest A. Wedemeier and Doleen S.
Wedemeier recorded August 6, 1984 in Book 217PR on page 195 of records of
Lincoln County Clerk.
