Nelson, being of lawful age and duly sworn according to law, upon my oath, depose and state: That under the date of November 7, 1984, for valuable consideration, Chester E. Buck and E. Karen Buck, husband and wife, Arthur J. Antifla and Cheryl Antilla, husband and wife, and Mamie Antilla, a widow, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on December 11, 1984, in Book 221 of Photostatic Records on Page 642, and rerecorded August 17, 1999, in Book 415 of Photostatic Records on Page 795, conveyed to John R. Nelson and Charles H. Nelson, the following described property to-wit: A tract of land located in Section 3, Township 23 North, Range 117 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as foflows: Beginning at the South Quarter corner, thence N89°50'E, 660 feet, thence NOl°21'W, 710 feet, thence S89°50'W, 340 feet, thence NOl°21'W, 300 feet, thence N89°50'E, 340 feet, thence NOl°21'W, 224.84 feet, thence S89°50'W, 660 feet, thence S01°21'E, 1234.84 feet to the point of beginning, containing 16.368 acres. ALSO beginning at the South Quarter comer of the SE/4SW/4, thence S89°50'W, 905.32 feet, thence NOl°21'W, 1234.84 feet, thence N89°50'E, 905.32 feet, thence S01°21'E, 1234.84 feet to the point of beginning, containing 25.664 acres. That under the date of March 30, 1998, for valuable consideration, John R. Nelson, a single person, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on March 30, 1998, in Book 409 of Photostatic Records on Page 530, conveyed to John R. Nelson and Charles H. Nelson, the following described property to-wit: Part of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 31 of the First Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming more particularly described as foflows: Beginning at a point 46 2/3 feet from the Southwest corner of Lot 1 on the southerly edge of said Block 31, running thence Northerly on a line parallel with CedarAvenue, 140 feet; Thence Easterly at right angles to said line, 46 2/3 feet; Thence Southerly on a line 46 2/3 feet distant from and parallel to the alley in said Block 31, 140 feet; Thence Westerly on Agate Street 46 2/3 feet to the point of beginning That by reason of said conveyances aforesaid, the said John R. Nelson and Charles H. Nelson became the owners of the lands described, and title thereto vested in them continuously from the date of conveyance described in said deeds to the date of death of John R. Nelson on the 16th day of January, 2005. That Charles H. Nelson is the sole surviving heir of John R. Nelson. That by reason of and upon the death of John R. Nelson, title to the above described real property vested absolutely in Charles H. Nelson. Affiant avers and certifies that John R. Nelson is the identical party named with Charles H. Nelson in the aforementioned deeds whose death terminated his interest, title and estate in said real property; and Affiant attaches hereto and makes a part of this affidavit, a copy of the Official Certificate of Death of said decedent, duly certified by the public authority in which said death certificate is a matter of record.
