MORTENSEN, grantor, of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the ROSS D. MORTENSEN and DIAN L. JENKINS FAMILY TRUST Dated January 27, 2005, joint tenants with right of survivorship, grantees, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in the county of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: That part of Lot 51 of the Amended Plat of Bridger Forest Ranches Subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 116 being part of the SW¼ and the E½NW¼ of Section 27 and the south three fourths of the SE¼ of Section 28, T34N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as more particularly described on "Exhibit A" attached, a legal description prepared by Paul N. Scherbel dated June 9, 1982. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situated or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
