NELSON and CONNIE NELSON, Husband and Wife grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration dollars in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO MERL L. BAXTER AND BETTY d. BAXTER husband and wife as tenants by the entireties Grantees, whose address is 1405 Central, Kemmerer, Wyoming the Following real estate situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit: Lots 8 and 9 of Block 7 of the Fairview Addition to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as said lots and block are laid down and described on the official plat of said addition on file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for said county and state. 5UBdECT, however, to all easements, right-of-ways, reservations, and restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
