KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That First National Bank - West, a Wyoming Banking
Corporation, does hereby certify that mortgage'bearing the date of February 6, 2001 made and
executed by Wayne K. I-lesson and Karen J, Hesson, as mortgagors, to First National Bank -
West, as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of $60,324.00 as therein stated, which mortgage ,was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 13, 2001
in Book 459PR on page 434 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to
wit:
The property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 360PR on page 155 and a
portion of the property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 452PR on page 94,
with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SE~,4NW~,4,
NE'ASW{4 and NW~ASE~A of Section 4, T31N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows'
Beginning at the B.L.M, type monument marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368,
1991 for the location for the Southwest comer of the SW~ANE% of said Section 4;
thence N 89'08'01" E, along the south line of said SW',~NE1A, 84.78 feet to the
iron pipe marking the northwest corner of the Borden property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 301PR on page 3, with said
Office;
