Box 58627, Salt Lake City, UT 84158-0627, Grantee, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand in the properties, including but not limited to, all coal and other hydrocarbon substances and products, and all geothermal streams and waters, which may be produced from the property, together with all right, title and interest in and to any and all mineral leases, royalty interests, and Surface Owner Agreements (SOAs) in the properties, as such properties are described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, as the Partnership may have or ought to have, in or to the properties located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Grantee, Broadbent Land & Resources, LLC, a Utah Limited LiabilitY Company, its successors, and assigns, to its own proper use and hereof forever. So that neither Broadbent Land Company, a limited Partnership, nor any other person or entity in its name or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall be these presents be excluded and forever barred.
