eleclric distribution circuits, lines 'and equipment of the Grantee to be con.~tructcd and roammined under,

The Grantor aelmowledge~ that Electric and Magnelic Fields (EMF) are naturally occumng m ti:e
transmission or distribution of eleotricity, and that the G-rante~ has here notified Grantor that FA{F teshng
and information is available upon r~quest from the Orantee. Th.i~ Easement by G-tanrer i~ intended
include so much space as is necessary or appropriate m the presenuc of EIvEF mad reasonable operation
the Grantee's d/stribulion lines.
Grantor agrees that all poles, wh'es and other facilities, installed on or under the desc~ribed lands shall
remain the propmy of the Grantee removable in the sole discretion of the Gm'ntcc at the Grantee's expen~ :.
The rights, conditions m~d provisions of this easement ~ll inure to the benefit of and be blnd/ng upon ~e
part/es, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors ~md assigns. Grantor shall compensate Grantee
any damages to Orantee'~ faeiliti~ caused by Omntor, including I~yrncnt of Grantee's attorney fees if
action is undertaken by Grantee to enforce ~ commitments described in this easement. Grantor t,eservc$
the right to improve, occupy and uxe this ease'merit for all purposes not inconsistent with the e~semxmt brant.
Each part), shall h~ve the remedy of specific pert'ormanec regarding this easement. 'lEe rights
obligations described in fids msenmnt slmll ru~ w/th the land. This easement is not exclusive, and Granu.r
retains all rights not specifically granted by this easement. This ia the enth-e agreement of the parties
regarding this easement, except as may be sci forth in writing after the date 0f this easement ~nd signed by
the parties. Grantor hereby releases md waives all fights by xSrtue of the Ilomestead Exemption Laws
Wyoming.
