KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ·
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (fica Countrywide Funding Corporation), the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by
ROBERT T KASTNER, JACKIE L KASTNER
to COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC bearing date 07/12/2002, recorded 07/17/2002 in Official
Records Book N/A, Page N/A, Document No. 882573 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN
County, Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $36,750.00 Dollars, and certain promises
and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby
ac'knowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.

presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 07 day of February, 2005.
