QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN TH]ESE PRESENTS, That

Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants
of the County of Davis, State of Utah
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclalmed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

Exhibit A prepared by Lloyd B. Baker & Associates labeled "Owen 394-173 Adjusted".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
