Nelson and Corine P. Nelson, husband and wife, of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Archie D. Nelson and Corine P. Nelson and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Archie D. and Corine P. Nelson Family Trust between Grantors and Trustee, dated the 24th day of February, 2000, Archie D. Nelson and Corine P. Nelson, beneficiaries, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: A portion of the NWI/4NWI/4 of Section 34, T35N, R119W of the 6th P.M., located East of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said NWI/4NWI/4 said point being East 143 feet from the Northwest corner of said NWI/4NWI/4 and at the approximate center line of Salt River; thence East, along said North line, 781 feet, more or less, to a point 396 feet West from the Northeast corner of said NWI/4NWI/4; thence South, parallel with the East line of said NWI/4NW1/4 385 feet; thence East, parallel with said North line, 396 feet to a point in said East line of the NWI/4NWI/4; thence South, along said East line, 935 feet, more or less, to the Southeast corner of said NWI/4NWI/4; thence West, along the South line of said NWI/4NWI/4, 105.33 feet, more or less, to the approximate center line of Salt River; thence Northerly and Westerly, along said approximate center line of Salt River, the following courses and distances to the point of beginning: North 26036' West 108.27 feet, North 42015' West 89 feet, North 56015' West 81 feet, North 72o12' West 77 feet, North 81055' West 94 feet, South 73033' West 183 feet; South 80045' West 153 feet, North 65© West 71 feet, North 47029' West 138 feet, North 0o46' East 308 feet and North 18030' West 760 feet containing 23.153 acres of land, more or less, together with all water and water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
