Gieck, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Larry D. Gieck and Kathy E. Gieck, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose mailing address is 1115 Pine Avenue, Kemmerer, WY 83101, all such right, title, interest, property, posSession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit: Part of Lot 7 of Block 1 to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 7 and running thence Southerly along the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 7, a distance of 37 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the Northerly and Southerly boundary lines of said Lot, a distance of 89 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly boundary line of said Lot 37 feet; thence Easterly along the Northerly boundary line of said Lot, a distance of 89 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
