DONALD R. JOHNSON and JULIE M. JOHNSON, Grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of
Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to DONALD R. JOHNSON and
JULIE M. JOHNSON, Trustee, or the successors in trust, under the DONALD R. JOHNSON and JULIE M.
JOHNSON JOINT LIVING TRUST, dated January 6, 2005, grantee of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
The Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, Section 19, Township 3 l'North, Range 118
West of the 6th P.M. EXcepting therefore that certain real property presently owned by the
State of Wyoming pertaining to U.S. Highway 89 North.
Excepting therefrom a portion of the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 19, Township 31 North,
Range 118 West, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the monumented Center-West One- Sixteenth Corner of said Section 19,
and running thence S0°02' E, along one Sixteenth line, 345.4 feet; thence N 89058' E
1272.0 feet to the Westerly right-of-way boundary of highway U.S. 89; thence Northerly,
along said right-of-way boundary, 346.1 foot, more or less, to the intersection with the
one-quarter section line; thence S89°58' W, along said one-quarter section line, 1250.9
feet to the point of beginning, enclosing an area of 10.00 acres, more or less.
