KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of, December
23, 2004 made and executed by Billy Hoopes and Shanel Hoopes, husband and wife, as joint
tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, a mortgage conveying a lien
on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $30,000.00 which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on the 29th day of December, 2004 in Book 576PR of Mortgages, at Page 223
as document number 905550 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County,
to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
