the State Of North Carolina, the GRANTOR and
DONALD HENRY GUEAR AND CHRISTY FAYE GUEAR,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,

as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,

Land and Livestock, Inc.' Tract A" dated June 10, 1994.
