SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certian Warranty Deed recorded March 3, 2005 in Book 580PR .on page 219 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
