KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (fka Countrywide Funding Corporation), the owner and holder of a certain
mortgage deed executed by
MATTHEW G MILES, DEBORAH A MILES
to BANK OF JACKSON HOLE bearing date 04/26/2002, recorded 05/01/2002 in Official Records Book
N/A, Page N/A, Document No. 880664 in the office of the County Clerk of LINCOLN County, Wyoming,
securing a certain note in the principal sum of $170,000.00 Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby acknowledges full
payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as canceled, and hereby
directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
