Grantor, Jeanne Elizabeth Horsburgh, aka Jeanne Horsburgh, for
in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, hereby conveys, releases and quitclaims to Grantee,
Jeanne Elizabeth Horsburgh, Lance Kincaid Hatch and Crystal Jean
(Hatch) Bowen as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship of
P.O. Box 13, Diamondville, Wyoming, 83116, any and all of her
right, title and interest in the following described real estate:
A parcel of land situate in the SE¼SE¼ of Section 23 and in the NE¼NE¼ of Section 26 ofT. 21
N., R. 116 W., described in particular as follows:
Beginning at a point North 89033' West, 323.2 feet; thence South 9040' East, 51.3 feet; thence South
78057' West, 126.5 feet; thence North 9040' West, 51.3 feet; thence North 78057' East, 126.5 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 6487.4 square feet, more or less.
Beginning at corner number four (4) of Parcel Number Nine (9) of the Town of Diamondville,
Lincoln County, Wyoming; thence S 9 degrees 40' E, 51.30 feet along the westerly boundary line of
said Parcel Number Nine (9) to comer number three (3) of said Parcel Number Nine (9); thence S
78 degrees 57' W, 100.00 feet; thence N 9 degrees 40' W, 51.30 feet; thence N 78 degrees 57' E,
100.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.119 acres, more or less.
A parcel of land in Tract 46 of the Johnson and Jaeckle 1908 Resurvey of Section 26, T2 IN, R116W
of the 64 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, abutting a parcel described in Book 187 PR at Page 703
of the records of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, more
particularly described to wit:
Beginning at an aluminum cap set on the West R/W line of U.S. 189 from which an aluminum cap
set at the intersection of said R/W line and the south boundary of Parcel No. 9 of the August 31, 1942
Replat of the Town of Diamondville on file with the said County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds bears N 20 59' West, a distance of 26.28 feet; from which an aluminum cap set for Comer No.
2 thereof bears N 780 57' East, a distance of 31.66 feet; thence around the parcel: S 20 59' East along
said West R/W line of the U.S. 189, a distance of 26.28 feet to an aluminum cap found at the NE
comer of the parcel described in said Book 187 PR at Page 703; thence S 780 57' West, along the
north boundary of said parcel described in Book 187 PR at Page 703, a distance of 175.19 feet to a
