and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Richard L. Johnson and Lori A. Johnson
Husband and Wife
As tenants by the entireties
Grantees, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 152, Thayne, WY 83127, the
following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of the Southeast Quarter Southeast
Quarter of Section 7, Township 34 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running East 165 feet; thence North 528
feet; thence West 165 feet; thence South 528 feet to the point of beginning
together with all buildings, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.
