STACEY G. HEINER and TAMMY C. HEINER, husband and wife, grantors of
the County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the STACEY G. AND TAMMY
C. HEINER FAMILY TRUST, dated March 15, 2004, STACEY G. HEINER AND
TAMMY C. HEINER, Trustees, grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the
following described real estate situated in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Description: Heiner 348/616 Adjusted
The Stacey and Tammy Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
348PR, on Page 616 and a portion of the Maxine Heiner property, as referred to in the
Affidavit recorded in Book 463PR, on Page 762, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 8, T34N, R118W, of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698,
1989 location for the Southeast Corner of the SW1/4SW1/4 of said Section 8; thence
NI°00'00"E, along the East line of said SW1/4SW1/4,208.71 feet to an Iron Pipe
marking the Northwest corner of said Stacy and Tammy Heiner property; thence
S89°39'34"E, along the North line of last said property, parallel with the North line of the
NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 17, of said T34N, R118W, 208.72 feet to an Iron Pipe; thence
NI°00'00"E, parallel with said East line, 208.71 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe;
thence S89°39'34"E, parallel with said North line, 75.00 feet to an Aluminum Cap on
Iron Pipe; thence SI°00'00"W, parallel with said East line, 417.42 feet to a Cotton Gin
Spike marking a point in said last said North line; thence N89°39'34"W, along said
North line, 283.72 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.719 Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: A 30-feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the South portion of the
above described Parcel, for Lost Creek County Road 12-120 as referred to in the Right-
of-Way Easement, recorded in Booko169PR, on Page 414, with said Office.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Covenants, Easement, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.
