With respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded JANUARY 14, 1987, Book 247 PR, Page 155 was in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property owned X__ or being purchased by R. GERALD PIXTON AND PAMELA A. PIXTON, 5721 SOUTH RIDGE CREEK ROAD, MURRAY, UT 84107, described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby release the premises thereby affected.
