~ARRANTY DEED
THE BUTLER FAMILY REVOCABLE TRUST, which is dated December 6,
1996, which names GLEN B. BUTLER and BONNIE J. BUTLER, as trustees,
Grantors, of 2434 Main Street, Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, for
the consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, convey and warrant to MIKE G. BUTLER and AMY M. BUTLER,
of, Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming all interest it has in the
following described real estate:
LOT EIG~F (8), PT LOT SEVEN (7) BLOCK ONE (1), Town of Ken~erer.
Lincoln County. WY, together with all iu~rovements thereon and
appurtenances thereto, and which shall include all buildings and
other improvements, and all fixtures therein, either in or on the
premises at the time the Purchasers takes possession. (see attached)
Grantors hereby release any rights in and to said property under
the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
