KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 12th day of January, 2005, made and executed by Corinne Wenzler, a single woman, as
mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $225,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
the 13th day of January, 2005, in Book 577 of Mortgages, at page 110-114, and mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

Trust and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and
said Bobbie Whalen acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
