PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LaMar & Edith Haderlie, husband an
wife, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of, November 1, 2001, made and
executed by Curtis W. Haderlie and Karen J. Haderlie, husband and wife, a mortgage conveying
a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $314,000.00 which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the llth day of December, 2001 in Book 479PR of
Mortgages, at Page 303. Corrected Mortgage recorded January 16, 2004, Book 546 P.R., Page
216 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is partially paid, satisfied, released,
and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
