ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Quit Claim Deed recorded August
3, 1994 in Book 355PR on page 129 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Quit Claim Deed recorded
November 13, 1992 in Book 320PR on page 412 of the records of the Lincoln County
Clerk.
