WARRANT(S) to
Aspen Hill Investments, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, GRANTEE(S), whose address
is P.O. Box 3067, Alpine, WY 83128-3067 for the sum ofTen Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-
wit:
That part of Lot 50, Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1, Plat 2, Amended of record in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 264, described as follows:
Beginning at a point 160 feet East of the Southwest Comer of said Lot 50, and running thence in an
Easterly direction 199.83 feet, more or less to the Southwest Comer of the Roger H. Walker property,
the frontage of said Lot, and all that property lying to the North of that Lot frontage.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights-of-way of record or in,hse.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
