For consideration ofTen Dollars, and other valuable considerations, I or we,
SYLVIA HAZEL McGEE, Trustee of the Sylvia McGee Living Trust dated August 20, 1997
hereby quit-claim to
LARRY VERLIN AMICK, a married man
all right, title or interest in the following real property situated in Maricopa, County, ARIZONA:
Lot 94, Nordic Ranches Division No. 7, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat filed May 8,
1996 as Plat No. 311E in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER with an access easements for ingress and egress over the front thirty feet (30') of all lots
included in all streets in Nordic Ranches, Division #4 and #5 as shown on the official plats thereof and
all streets in Nordic Ranches Division #3 as shown on the official plat thereof, ali recorded in Lincoln
County Recorders office; and
FURTHER SUBJECT to an reserving unto the Grantors, their heirs, successors and assigns, a thirty
foot (30') wide Private Roadway easement and utilities easement along the street frontage as shown on
the official plat thereof as recorded in the Lincoln County Recorders office.
SUBJECT to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon
