SHERIFF'S DEED
STATEMENT OF JUDGMENT
The following described real property was sold by the herein named Sheriff to
LARRY COMPTON, on June 8th, 2004, pursuant to a mortgage held by the BANK OF
STAR VALLEY recorded April 20, 2000, and filed in Book 433 on Page 059, in the
Lincoln County records, for the sum of $57,167.00 dollars, such sum being just and
reasonable and the highest bid offered for such property at sale; and that such property
is located in Thayne, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, being more fully
described as follows:
A portion of the NE¼ SW¼ of Section 8, T34N,
R118 W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNIN6; at a B.L.M. type Monument marking
Lloyd B. Baker's location for the Center South 1/16,
Section 8; thence S89° 39' 17" W, along the South
boundary of said NE¼ SW¼, 653.62 feet; thence
N 0° 14' 58" E 330.48 feet; thence N89° 46' 12" E,
to the East boundary of said NE¼ SW¼, 655.74
feet; thence S 0° 37' 13" W, along said East
boundary, 329.19 feet to the Point of Beginning.
There being a certificate of purchase which was issued to the LARRY
COMPTON and no assignment of the certificate being made.
NOW THEREFORE, know all men by this deed, that I, Lee Gardner, of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, having granted
and sold and do hereby convey to LARRY COMPTON, his heirs and assigns, the
following described tract of land:
A portion of the NE¼ SW¼ of Section 8, T34N,
R118 W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and
being more particularly described as follows:

LARRY COMPTON, his heirs and assigns forever.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE by the authority of the State of Wyoming, acknowledged the
instrument to be the free act and deed of the SHERIFF and the LINCOLN COUNTY
